This company faxed my pharmacy after I cancelled my information. I originally started the process because they advertised they carried a medication that everyone else has backordered. They did not have it! I called right away to cancel everything only to find they had all my prescriptions. I have made several calls to get the list returned to my pharmacy and still not done after a day of promises to do so. Unless you're sure they have your meds. DO NOT give them any of your information.

Prices are great, just don't expect to get your medication on time. Last time it took 5 days delivery when they "guaranteed" me on the phone it would be overnight. This time they promised 2 day delivery (that would be arriving today) but when I noticed it still wasn't shipped this morning I called to follow up. With them knowing I am now out of medication they told me it would be another 10 days.

I have used them a few times and generally had a generally positive experience. First time I also used their partnered doctor which was super helpful but then it took a little while to get it the prescription shipped. Other times has been super quick. They seem to ship with FedEx which I assume is the only way they can get delivered as fast as they do but FedEx can be a pain to deal with for signatures at least in my area. If you miss the delivery often time to pick up the prescription from FedEx depot is more hassle than going to a pharmacy. So do keep that in mind. If they could work with FedEx or find a better delivery partner it would be 5 stars.

What I want to know is how in the hell their app got on my phone. Anybody who knows me knows I would not load this app, given that a) I have several critical scrips that can't be f'd up, and b) they get so many horrible reviews and c) I'm a scrimper when it comes to filling memory space with useless apps... Which this is, in the land of socialized medicine!

Update: This company has been trying to reach me during work hours to make things right. I am extremely grateful that they take these steps. Their website did not work for me but their customer service is amazing, as in you can talk to real people that care. For this reason I changed my rating to 4 stars. It's a great idea and I see it works for many but their website is glitchy and doesn't allow me to complete my profile. I called their customer service but they weren't super helpful. In the end I decided to get my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy.

sur le site il est mentionné que si l ont a besoin d une ordonnance il suffit d appeler et parler avec un docteur gratuitement pour en recevoir une ,c est complètement faux ,quand tu appel il disent de t inscrire a olive ou mapple pour prendre rendez vous avec un docteur et ca te coute 100$ pour avoir ton ordonnance , si j avais pu mettre 0 étoile je l aurais fait , quand tu souffre et que tu trouve la solution facile dit toi que tu te fait niaisé solide

Pockpills is good for prescriptions that don't require a signature. I have been a Pocket Pills member for six months. Every month I have a prescription that needs to be delivered because it is a controlled substance. I have no problem with that. I have a problem with the fact that every month there is some issue with the delivery or miscommunication on their end or there is the expectation that a 7 hour delivery window is acceptable. I have been called twice by supervisors who try to resolve the issue but cannot. I have made the simple decision to send all my prescriptions back to shopper's where all I have to do is walk in and pay.

*Warning! Please read before signing up with Pocketpills* I have been trying to make things work with Pocketpills since August 2021. I was thrilled to find a Pharmacy to provide me with my medications in individual packets instead of the big blister packs I get from local pharmacies. **NEVER PUT YOUR SAFETY IN THE HANDS OF THIS COMPANY.** My medications are required 3x a day and are detrimental to my survival should I miss my doses. EVERY time I have ordered since August there have been issues. They are regularly unable to fill my prescriptions fully because they say they do not have enough of all of my meds for the 90 days. But what I don't understand is they are the ones filling my prescription. So why would they not have enough when they know they have to fill my order in another 90 days? Is 90 days not enough time to ensure there is the sufficient amount of medications for my next order? It's scary to take out the last dose and then realize I have no doses available for the next morning. This month I even texted thema week in advanced to make sure I received my medications on time. They confirmed the date I'd need my refill and they even said they would send them a bit earlier. But what happens last night? I pull out my evening dose and what do you know, I am out of medications. I was in tears because of how scary it is to be off my meds. I emotionally and mentally can not keep trying to work with this company. I wanted to warn anyone else considering their services. I'll say it again DO NOT PUT YOUR SAFETY IN THE HANDS OF THIS COMPANY.

Very scary, logged complaint with College of Pharmacies. They did not ship my meds, I think it was done deliberate, on the box someone wrote "Deliver first ASAP". I am a heart patient, I missed 2 doses of my meds, they did not care. They seem to have no communication there, I would pay by e transfer I would get an email from them saying thanks for paying then a few weeks later get an email saying I have not paid yet, this went on for about 6 months. It took about 1 year to finally have a printed receipt included with my order. I was with them for a few years closed my account and found a better pharmacy, saving over 40$ with the other pharmacy.

Bad bad experience. Pocketpills is not “hassle-free” as they claim on their website. Their pharmacist got dosages for my meds at morning and evening wrong. Then Fedex lost my package and it did not arrive until a week later, with all dates and dosages incorrectly packaged and printed, rendering them useless unless I re-sorted all. Had to return package “to be disposed of” (what a waste!). Went back to local Walmart pharmacy and they charged the exact same $ for all my meds as had Pocketpills, ready and accurate in just 20 minutes. So much for the 15% savings with Pocketpills.
