Tried getting in touch for help, but the main "Contact Us" link on website doesn't work nor does the "Help Desk" link. I did find an online form which I submitted but it wasn't replied to. Couldn't find telephone contact details either. Hope I don't need to make a claim.

Trust, convince and speed of buying insurance !

Easy to navigate and purchase. Have not tried claiming yet (god forbid), so unsure how are with that aspect, with arguably is the most important aspect.

Actual process to get the online quote was easy. Still doesn't automatically add the discount for member's previous policies. Says there is a 7% discount but unless you know the loyalty code, you don't get the discount which has been a PITA for a number of years now.

We like World Nomad's insurance coverage and price point, and although we haven't had to make a claim, thankfully, we have friends who have and World Nomads was prompt and fair with their payout. We just wish there was an offering for over 70 years old, since we are nearing that age, but in great health and still going strong and traveling more than ever! Lori
