Bought 4 tickets the a gig in March, the gig has been cancelled, I was sent refund minus 4 booking fee's, this is an absolute rip off , booking fee's for doing what ! Avoid this company I would never use again ,money grabbing vultures

Hopeless takes days to get etickets
Purchased etickets for a Christmas event later the same day. Get confirmation that I've paid which states it will be 1-2 days before I get my e-ticket. Presumably they're hand painting the QR codes. If you can't provide electronic tickets in reasonable time you can't sell for events on the same day. No ability to contact on a weekend to resolve the matter. Not fit for purpose.

Stolen ticket.
My son turned up for the Lindisfarne Festival with the entry ticket and live in vehicle ticket on his phone. The entry ticket code was scanned and he was told it was invalid as it had already been used to gain entry. The live in vehicle pass was fine. He had to pay another £70 to gain entry. Ticket Sellers have just passed the buck . Someone obviously hacked into their system and stole the ticket. He wasn't the only person that this happen3d to. I'm resigned to not getting the £70 back. Cowboys.

TicketSellers customer service was great when I bought tickets for the Towersey festival this summer. I needed extra help due to being my daughter's carer, and the team were so helpful! I even made a mistake and bought two car parking passes, so I emailed to request a refund. They responded very quickly and processed the refund no questions asked. Finally found the ticket company I…
Insurance last year for COVID was a scam.. Finally found the ticket company I bought Eden Festival tickets June last year with insurance that covered COVID etc. My son got COVID and the Dr advised us not to attend festival under no circumstances. I made a claim went to the doctors who kindly wrote a detailed note of why we should the family of 3 should definitely not be attending the festival. Then I filled out the whole make a claim form, provided them with all relevant information that was asked for. They may use a third party insurance provider but I can't find it. I never heard back from anyone after spending a whole day making sure the refund policy and documents were completed properly, it's only a late review recently due recently finding out I got zero refund from them. And unable to find the insurance company. I was absolutely scammed. If you ever got the chance to buy insurance last year for a festival through ticketsellers please feel free to comment who the insurance company are. I was completely robbed off around £500.

Enormous fee of 20%, extremely bad checkout card payment form, part of the regions are out of alphabetical order, electronic tickets are provided only 1-2 days after payment. The worst ever ticket seller at highest price.

Needed to make a change to a booking and it was a breeze. Special thanks to Georgia in the customer service team who went out of her way to help me and was a pleasure to talk to throughout. There are waiting times but I got through each time within 5-10 minutes of being on hold.
