Don't buy ticket at theticketsellers if you want to save your money
Terrible services. I booked at ticket online at their portal but I was denied entry at the event because they asked to buy another ticket too in order to keep my original ticket valid. it was nowhere mentioned on ticketseller while I was buying the ticket. Also they ticket says that their customer care is 24X7 but they are available only in morning for few hours. Moreover, they don't take the calls. I called them monday morning again. This time a lady took the call after a long wait and was so ignorant and rude that she hung the call without listening. I wish I could give them even lessor rating

It took an hour on the phone during work time to sort absolutely nothing out. Paid for a ticket and didn’t receive the email off them. Received no emails off them even to reset the password. Terrible customer service and no support.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is thieving money from people. They don't reply to emails, twitter or messenger and we have had to get the Nozstock Festival people involved to persuade them to give our money back from one of the tickets we sold through them as we couldn't go to the festival. Ticketsellers have over £100 of our money and it seems to be a running theme with them. We sold our ticket on the 25th of July and have not received any money. I suppose there will be a standard statement to email them, but if they don't reply to your emails, then what is the point of you messaging them yet again? Next step is to go get a solicitor involved, go to small claims court and reporting to the police.

Inability to contact ticket sellers…
I have tried to contact ticket sellers over a number of weeks about getting my £138 deposit back. I tried calling their telephone number many times and at different times of the day. Each time the phone rang for around half an hour. I have concluded that they don’t bother to answer the phone so I tried e mailing and have had no response. I want to make a formal complaint but can’t find a way to. Appalling service and reflects badly on the End of the Road festival. Joe Logan

Not received Boomtown refund
Sold my Boomtown ticket through there resale link in June, confirmation email of it being sold and refund will be issued in 7-14 days. Received £10 eco bond but still no face value for the ticket. No reply to my emails and been on hold on the phone for 2hrs 30mins so far with no answer.

Refusing to allow reselling of tickets unless it is through their platform, which has lead people to be unable to sell their tickets because there are no proper pathways to do so. They just want more commission from tickets. The event tickets industry has become a joke. Do not use this site.

They allow you to sell your tickets through their platform but do not give you the money... You cannot contact them by any means as they do not respond Save your sanity and money and buy elsewhere

The worst possible customer service…
The worst possible customer service experience I have ever had. I've been emailing everyday, tweeted, sent a message on instagram, and nothing. I'm waiting for a refund on a ticket I sold nearly 6 weeks ago and nothing. It's meant I can't go on a holiday I was supposed to as that money was paying for my flight. Awful, awful company, will never use them again.

Impossible to contact
You literally cannot get hold of them. If you call a message tells you to email and they never pick up. They say they have higher than normal call volumes so wait times are extended, but it's 2.30pm on Wednesday. None of my emails have been answered yet and it's been multiple over weeks. Their FAQs say I can change the name on my tickets using a button which definitely doesn't exist. Honestly shocking
