DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NOW TRANSFERRED COMPANY TO CORPORATE COMMERCIAL SURVEYORS We are a small business in Soho & was convinced by one of their so called Surveyors we could get our Business rates reduced. The case they put forward was a weak & unprofessional it was rejected & we are £1500 down. The whole process took 2 years. Will find their governing body & make official complaint AVOID ITS A CON

Do not use this company. In the initial stages they are very professional. Unfortunatley this is just a scam to get you to sign up. We paid our money and heard nothing for months. I have emailed and called several times never get any replies.

An absolutely rubbish company who don't bother to phone back but are quick enough to take your money. Perhaps leaving a bad review I will actually get a call back from Lilly. I have nine properties with this company and feel like I have been stitched up like a kipper. Never again would I use Hampton Lovett or recommend them to anyone !

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH ......... we have all been promised that our Business Rates are too high & convinced by Salesmen that we will not only get our investment back but we could be owed £1000's in refunds. I honestly cannot believe I fell for this CON!! When I have made comments before, I have received a call from the Company MD/Snr Partner & he has convinced me again to see the process thru' which I have done .......... & then I receive another invoice that matches the amount I initially invested with H-L ...... I refuse to pay, so they agree to cancel said invoice as I have been so patient & so the lies continue as per most people on this site. How on Earth were we so bleedin' gullible?? Lesson learned & £1500 poorer, but we move on eh!!

I previously wrote a review on this company, id now like to share with you emails from Lily who seems to be the directors side kick. She asked me to remove my post from this site! This has been raised with the managing director. As I am sure you can imagine, he is very busy. He is in and out of the business and it is often hard to pin him down for a conversation. A meeting has been booked on Tuesday for us to discuss this. I will come back to you as soon as I can. I appreciate your ongoing patience with the matter. I guess he is busy spending all the companies monies that has been sent to him, as we have had no response since the 27th March!

My experience matches those of other low star reviews here. In fairness, the staff we dealt with are friendly and seemingly knowledgeable, but if anyone is claiming to go up against your local government to gain you a rebate, it's probably too good to be true. We were given optimistic feedback upon the survey and the seeminly realistic reasons behind it. However, a year later we were turned down for the rebate and we lost our initial payment to Hampton Lovett. I'd save your money and not bother.

Promise the earth with over inflated rebate estimates. Then take two years and deliver nothing. Then chase for even more money WARNING. - USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL

They don’t even deserve 1 star, this company is a complete scam! I paid over £2500 and got absolutely nothing back despite now the business doesn’t have to pay any business rates! They do not reply to emails or explain anything and I am currently taking this further and I will do everything I can as this company are disgusting and just scamming people left right and centre. Look at all the reviews which says it all! How they can do this to small business’s is absolutely disgraceful!!! I have been asking to raise a complaint for months and months now and just get ignored!

Do not under any circustances engage with these folks. Vague with process and incredibly vague with the invoices. We were charged thousands of pounds and got nothing back. Stay away!
