Goodlife completed about 60 questions on my behalf to apply for Attendance Allowance. They had only one telephone session with me to compose their answers, and I needed just a few amendments made to the final presentation. Despite some doubt on my part as to the outcome, it was successful. I doubt I would have achieved this on my own.

My experience with good life sorted was ok until I wanted to leave. Then it's a different story. Not pleasant at all ( meaning the company) though the helper was nice and also helpful. All they want is to sign you for direct debit asap, whether you want to or not and do not make things clear in taking card details, as they then automatically take it from your card, which they do not explain as I was told it was just to make things easier when I phoned in to pay by card each week.

I can’t thank our Good Life Helper, Julie, enough. From day 1 she was attentive friendly and knowledgeable. Our situation is a little tricky but Julie has taken it in her stride. If you need any aspect of care or support, contact this company.

This review is regarding The service that good life sorted to help and provide the attendance allowance application form for the person in question, they appear to be very helpful and kept in good communication throughout this particular process although I did find that the overall expense was on the expensive side and possibly after watching programmes likeThe Martin Lewis money show I could have filled in the form itself given the time ,however it all went through without any hitches
