I ordered a necklace for my daughters birthday and after a week and half, it hadn't arrived. I called Gladstones' very friendly customer service team and they found out that I could apply for a missing parcel in 10 working days. After that time passed I called back and they immediately sent a replacement which I received the next day! Fantastic customer service and would recommend to my family and friends.

I bought these earrings as a gift and they are beautiful but the packaging is so cheap looking it devalues the earrings and they were quite expensive.
