Very helpful when making our decisions, no pressure and good advice throughout. We had to make a return trip after our wedding for some adjustments but these were completed very promptly and courteously. Overall a very friendly experience.

Received my items promptly and it was very well packaged . Excellent offer buy locket necklace and charms and get lowest price item free. My previous locket broke and although it is mended and original charms found I don't feel I can trust it not to break again . Love Anias lockets and charms and wear mine all the time , beautiful and gets lots of compliments . Bought a longer chain this time so I can have a choice , popcorn chain is really lovley, even nicer than in the photo Great service , Thank you

Listened to what we needed for our wedding rings, didn't just try to sell us the most expensive. We had shopped around first to get an idea of what we were looking for, and I wish we had just come here first. Forget the big high street names, if you need any jewellery - visit this place.

Got our wedding rings from Gladstones, really good service, needed to have mine resized and they could not have been more helpful making me feel like nothing was too much effort! All work was completed within a couple of days and we are really happy with the service we recieved!

Good prices online, didn't have any email confirmation of order or any note in the package, but it arrived pretty quickly tho not in branded bags/boxes. Still pleased tho do need an invoice for my accounts.
