I had some jewellery from my grandparents that I wanted to use for my wedding jewellery. After going to another jewellers in the area and they couldn't help, I was recommended to go to Gladstones. We weren't disappointed, they made me some bespoke earrings and necklace for my wedding out of the jewels from the jewellery and the gold was used in my wedding band. We're very happy. The customer service was great and the price of our rings and jewellery were very reasonable! I will definitely recommend to friends and family

I had visited a few jewellers whilst preparing to propose to my now wife and everyone felt false until I visited Gladstones. The staff was genuine, honest and so helpful at every step of my purchase that in turn we returned and purchased our wedding rings, eternity ring and wedding gifts. Now the wedding has passed we have had to return for a few alterations but the service has not diminished, the team could not be anymore perfect in their aftercare service and for this all my jewellery purchases will be going straight to Gladstones. Both my wife and I no longer feel like just their customers but almost friends now and I will be eternally grateful for everything they have done.

We collected our wedding rings from Gladstones over the weekend. After seeing them at the Dunedin House wedding fair last summer we then visited a few months ago to choose our rings. The order process was stress free. Great customer service each time we have visited. We can’t wait to wear them :)
