Prompt delivery as promised, using the ever-reliable Royal Mail, with a nice personalised message from Gladstones. Apart from the slightly faffy business of setting the unnecessary date and day mode on the watch (a design weakness for which Citizen is responsible, not Gladstones), the watch is a fine instrument, well packaged, and from a reliable manufacturer.
