From a great experience in store. A relaxed environment in store, made the selection process and decision simple, from such a wide range of sofas. Followed by a great delivery service from Stu and Mike. Taking extra care of the furniture as they brought into the house.

I purchased a sofa and a chair from Barker & Stonehouse Gateshead. Delivery arrived on time and the guys were excellent. Sadly there was an issue with the sofa so the guys said they would report this. True to their word customer service got in touch and the matter was dealt with promptly and professionally.
