Leigh was a great help in helping me decide on my Ercol Siena Breakfast table and chairs - allowing me to move furniture around the showroom to place the said table and chairs near a sofa similar to the one I have purchased so I could get a feel for what my space at home would look like. She was very empathetic offering me a glass of water when i had a wobbly moment over my decision.

I can’t recommend this company enough. We ordered a 3 seater Chesterfield sofa which was delivered on time. It was ordered from the Guildford store. The store staff were great, we ordered with Nawal who was so helpful!! We had a call 10 days before to agree the date. We then had a text message the day before to say what time it would be delivered and then a call from the delivery men to say they were 10 minutes away. Prompt delivery by two very helpful men. Paul and Jasim. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Kate, at the Newcastle (Fenwicks) branch rectified an issue with our order. She was extremely professional, polite and helpful and delivered exceptional customer service. Kate is definitely an asset to the branch and company. Looking forward to the delivery of our suite.

Delivery was made very quickly after purchase. The delivery team, Marty and Ish, telephoned to say when they would arrive. There was a problem with one item, not the fault of the delivery guys who were great, which is being resolved. Very pleased with the service I received today.

New sofa day made super easy due to the delivery guys John and Jason K from Blaydon. Really professional service from these two - didn’t even have to ask them to remove shoes ! They managed to get sofas into house, fixed and positioned them where I wanted all with a smile on their face. Oh and even took all the packaging away with them - thank you Sofas are beautiful and such good quality ❤️

Great experience of buying a sofa from B&S, Phil was a star, from the Gateshead branch. The delivery was superb today. Great communication, bang on time. Two really nice delivery guys, Marty and Ish from Blaydon. Couldn’t have been more helpful, very careful, polite and courteous too. Great sales and delivery service. My second time using Barker and Stonehouse and very impressed with the level of service provided. Delivery team (Matt P and Gary I) were great, very friendly and no issues with delivering sofa to my third floor flat. Highly recommend!
