Bought some onitsuka tiger from here fast seamless service excellent.

Ordered my trainers with plenty of time for delivery. Delivery was not dispatched to 5 days after ordered . Then 3 days later was sent a notification to tell me by PayPal I had been refunded my money ! I then had 3 days to sort before Xmas ?? It also took me contacting the company to get explanation! Would I use again , no way ! I believe my parcel was never sent n was never in stock hence y it took so long to dispatch ! Thinking there think it makes them look better , if there say it got lost in post !!

I cannot recommend think company highly enough! I very really write reviews however I feel compelled to highlight just how fantastic my experience with Top brand shoes was. Firstly the shoes I wanted where significantly cheaper here than anywhere else. Secondly and most importantly was the customer service I received is the best I’ve EVER had whilst online shopping, I’ll explain. Somehow I managed to order my shoes in the wrong size, only realising when I checked my confirmation email, it was 7pm so I immediately emailed the company explaining what had happened but as I’d paid for DPD next day delivery I didn’t hold out much hope of the situation being rectified. The following morning I received an email from the company saying they’d be happy to sort the situation and send me the size I wanted. The following day I received my shoes in the correct size and they where perfect in every way. Thank you so much. A fabulous company, I’ll definitely be shopping with again.
