Paid £6.99 for next day delivery and I got £2.95 RM 48hr. Shoes OK, box a bit tatty, and having tried to make contact for a postage refund I have found that the telephone numbers quoted on the website are out of order and the if I email customer services on the email provided - it just bounces back.. I suggest looking around before ordering from this company.

Rip off company avoid buying from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to justify £19 delivery cost. They cancelled 1 pair saying out of stock and said 2nd pair dispatched. I asked to cancel my order as not happy and they will not refund me for the 2nd pair of shoes or delivery charge saying they are awaiting their courier to return to their depot.after 2 weeks no refund, no explanation other than they are waiting for their courier. What a rip off, avoid buying from these scammers at all costs!!!

Avoid this company...ordered next day delivery.. shoes came 4 days later ... rude customer service.. never got delivery money back ...shouldn't be selling ....

Few months ago I purchased a pair of Camper Peu Cami that usually come with a 2 years manufacture warranty. I have worn them maybe 10 times at max and the leather has started discoloring and flaking. I wonder if they are fake shoes. At first I thought that it was dirt but for as much as I could try clean them , the "dirt" wouldn't go and I have realized that the leather has a problem. I have been calling TopBrandShoes weeks now and emailed them but none has answered or got back to me. I went to a Camper shop and , although under warranty, they won t be able to help as the product was not bought directly in one of their stores. They told me to go back to TopBrand acknowledging the problem with the leather. I would like them to be repaired, exchanged or refunded if all the above is impossible, as they have now become unwearable, but none is answering !

Delivery was late. The shoes I ordered in a size 7 for my daughter for Christmas. I am a size 5 myself and the shoes are too small even for me.
