What I ordered was a pair of Hunter boots that were to be a gift for my Wife for Christmas. What I received was a pair of very worn second hand boots with mud still on them. These hadn't been worn once or twice. The heel was worn away on one side, the tread on the sole was worn away and there was gravel still stuck in the tread. Tried to contact the company through their "contact-us" page and over a week later and still no response. Returning for a refund. Edit: I assure you I am not in any way acting fraudulently and everything I have stated is the truth. If I wished to get away what you are accusing me of then why would I write a review and bring attention to myself? I do not know what may have gone wrong in your process but gone wrong it has.
