Delivery delayed due to carrier's workload. Obviously not seller's fault (and courier was very helpful). Seller's customer service department responded promptly and likely to my query, offering to contact courier if item did not arrive within a couple of days.

I’d seen the trainers I wanted on line so did a bit of searching. Their price was around 10% cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was free and I was able to track my order on line to within an hour of the drop. Faultless from start to finish and my new trainers are awesome.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website and never received an email or any confirmation of my order. Although the payment was taken the same day. It was a challenge to try and contact someone to find out anything about my order. When I did get in touch with someone, I was told the delay was nothing to do with them but to contact the local delivery company. I eventually got some assistance from the online chat who were more helpful and managed to sort out the delivery.

Was a little bit sceptical ordering as I’ve never heard of the company but I trustpiloted them and they seemed legit. I ordered some Birkenstock’s which were £20 cheaper than the price at the average retailer and with free delivery! They literally came within 2 days and I love them! The box was a little bit battered but that didn’t matter because I didn’t need it. Would definitely order again!
