Wrong shoes delivered and no response to email only automated reply. Had to pay postage to return item. UPDATE: Following your response I have forwarded my original email and a copy of receipt for return of shoes. I have received an automated response again.

I started to order a pair of shoes online from Topbrand but unfortunately did not get the chance to complete the order as I was interrupted by a phone call. Topbrand sent me an email stating that I had not completed the order and they would offer me 10% off to do so. I then tried to order again using the code they had sent for the discount. The code would not work. I emailed Topbrand advising them, they just replied saying the code they had given me was only valid on full price items and as the shoes I had ordered were reduced it was not valid. Why send it in the first place, they could see my original order.

Order process and price very good. Info and delivery time also good. However- the shoes turned up in a battered box with a salesman' sample only sticker of a different style . The shoes inside were the correct style but the wrong size. Luckily the fit was ok and we've decided not to return. For something so simple to be delivered incorrectly doesn't give us confidence to order from seller again. We have had a very courteous and prompt reply from the seller. They have been extremely helpful with their comments, we will certainly try them again in future. 5 star for their customer service capabilities. *****
