First time shopping at this company but I’ll be back

I hadn’t heard of this online shop but after looking at some reviews I decided to take the leap. The shoes I ordered were delivered very quickly and I was kept informed of their journey regularly. The parcel was delivered using my very favourite delivery service (DPD) and they were exactly as expected. Brilliant service thank you.

I don't normally shop on line for shoes as I prefer to try them on. However, I was really pleased at the speed of delivery and my fabulous Ruby Shoo's fit a treat. Very happy I found a reliable website. Thank you.

Awaiting Refund

Paid for my item only to be emailed that my item had been damaged in the warehouse and could not be dispatched. This was a week ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. Edit. It is now the 5th day after refund notification was sent out. I have emailed the company again this morning chasing my refund. This has not been a great experience whatsoever 😕 Edit. Had a response from topbrandshoes yesterday stating:- Hi Rikki, Your refund has already been processed from our end. Please contact your bank. Thanks Extremely blunt, unhelpful and unprofessional in my opinion. The refund is still not in my account and my bank have confirmed it is not sitting in a pending account either. I have emailed topbrandshoes yet again and I am waiting on a response from them. Just spoken to Jamal over the phone, who is the company director according to Companies House. Like his email, blunt, unhelpful and unprofessional. I was originally told that the refund would take 3-5 working days and now Jamal is stating 10-20. Absolute nonsense. I am now going to raise a dispute through my bank to collect the funds on my behalf. Avoid this company at all costs.
