We had to return the item for a smaller size so extra postage but ,hey , that's internet shopping for you. Receipt was acknowledged and the new shoes arrived in good time ( although a confirmatory despatch note with tracking info was not received on the exchanged item ) Would use again just be aware that a spammer tried to get extra postage from me just after despatch. Just listened to Jeremy Vine Show and some poor girl lost £10000 in the same scam after buying shoes somewhere. If I had an email confirming the tracking then the spam would have been more obvious

When I opened the pack it was evident that they had been worn because there was even mud on the side of the sole. Very disappointing i looked on the website for another size 10 but there were none in stock I could not return them because I have a health condition and can not go out I am just going to have to keep them. No wonder the price was low.
