Excellent service. Fabulous mini coach that was spotlessly clean. Arrived at pick up early. Our driver Faz was a great driver, so lovely and went out of his way to be helpful. Our journey was rather noisy with a party of 11 year old girls and Faz smiled and was so courteous the whole day. Thank you for excellent service - will definitely use you again and recommend.

2 cancellations in the space of week, one being on the day (momentum) although attempted third offer with the price increasing on each occasion. “Ruining the industry” one ACTUAL coach hire company described this type of company. Coach hire and momentum are the same company having recently merged. Go straight to the source in future, lesson well and truly learned.

Do NOT use this company. Cancelled 3 hours before we were due to go to Newmarket races on a stag do. They then proceeded to offer another coach which happened to be more expensive.

Cancelled my booking 3 hours before, absolutely shocking! Then tried to offer us another coach for more money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ALWAYS BOOK DIRECT Receipt available upon request.

Excellent customer service, quick and reliable. Laura was a pleasure to deal with and was quick to respond with a quotation and any queries i had. Used coach hire for a corporate event and will be using them again for the next event.

Recently hired a coach through Coach HIre. I had great service from the office and their driver. Both Frankie and Emma were amazing dealing with my requests and worries! Excellent and well delivered customer service. Highly recommend!

The booking process was simple and resulted in a very speedy and acceptable quote. I spent time ringing local coach companies and either they had no capacity or were more expensive. It was also much more effort! I phoned and spoke to Laura who had sent the original quote to alter a detail and she was very helpful. I will use coach hire again without hesitation if the actual coach turns out to be as good as the service we have had so far!
