First time booking a car service, ever. Worked with Nathan to book our round trip in London from airport to hotel. Was great at first, paid in full, then he would never respond to questions or emails again. Got to Gatwick and driver was not there. Called the 24 hour service and she kept saying that he was there for us and gave me Asem's (Driver) name and number. Called him and he repeatedly said he was there, which he wasn't. Then called him again and said, No, 5 minutes. Then called again and said 10 minutes. Needless to say we sat there for 1 hour before he arrived! He was a horrible driver, and very unsafe. All 14 of us were motion sick and a 40 minute ride took us 1 hour and 35 minutes. Very nervous about the return trip, but the driver (Mark Jones) was there on time and was a wonderful driver. I would never use them to book again, especially since we left London and went directly to Paris. We used a car service there that was top notch!

What can I say?! Apart from what an amazing company these are, I entered a competition and straight away tickets where sent to me, I had such a fantastic day out with my family 5 stars service thanks again
