Great service from start to finish. Booking was really easy and the team kept in touch to make sure that all was as expected. Timings on the day were spot on, and the driver really cheerful and helpful. Emma at Coach Hire has been a great help throughout the whole booking process. The coach and the driver were fantastic, also doing the booking was good experience. Your staff kept calling to confirm what I required and when. The reason I was a bit unhappy was when I tried to get a confirmation email from your finance department to confirm payment that is when things got complicated. It took a long time for your staff to return calls and I had to keep chasing up my request.

We used Coach Hire during the summer to organise a last minute luxury coach for a Directors corporate event. From start the finish, the service was excellent, with Emma Johnston keeping us informed and updated every step of the way saving me precious time and stress.
