Looking to book a coach to take a load of under 7 and under 8 kids to a rugby tournament in Twickenham. Having requested a few quotes, decided on using coach hire.com. They have been brilliant! We needed to increase the size if the coach and the new quote etc provided quickly. We needed to change some pick up and drop off details as there were changes to the tournament, again not a problem and all sorted out. Matthew Denny was incredibly helpful and kept me up to date, especially with the changes. (thanks Matthew!) the coaches were nice and early, had all we requested. The drivers were really friendly and helpful. My only tiny niggle was not getting contact details of the coaches until the Friday evening, but to be honest wasn't a drama. Would definately use again and recommend, faultless for me.

I used Coach Hire for a corporate event, having to get a group of 18 people from Maidenhead to Oxford in the shortest possible time. Coach Hire were great: helpful and efficient throughout the process from booking (thanks, Lee!) to the driver on the day ... and most importantly, the driver was on time and got us to our destination safe and sound. Coach Hire has been very useful for a last minute booking after being let down by another Coach company. Although the booking was around 50% more expensive than previously quoted due to the quick turnaround time, the customer service received from Lee Hunt from the Sales team was fantastic. Lee was able to help with any questions we had and assisted us in working on the logistics which all ran smoothly on the day.
