Treated abominably by this company. Booked for transport to a conference. Coach failed to arrive and refused to respond to calls when attempted to contact. Extremely bad service. I could not in all good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Terrible experience.

Very pleased with the service and drivers in the uk. A shame our transfer In Spain went into Liquidation and it took me Weeks to get my money back from yourselves and I could not book anything else until I had it.

Coach and driver were excelent

Have used Coach Hire a number of times now and have never had a problem. Drivers have always courteous and on a time and accommodated for my party. Would certainly recommend.

The poor service ruined our wedding day. We ordered two coaches to do different journeys. Both but turned up late and to the wrong locations. The size of coach was also totally inappropriate. We wanted a mini bus but they sent a whacking double decker which couldn't get down the street to the pick up point.

Booked a coach for a party of 53 people to take us from Edinburgh to Glasgow for the Scottish cup final on the 21st May. Everything was paid way in advance. Didn't anticipate any problems. However, on the 18th May, i received an email to say the coach we booked was now unavailable due to mechanical failure. While this may be true, it has been a nightmare to find a replacement at such very short notice. Must have been some failure if it can't be repaired in 2 days. Nevermind, i think i have a replacement so hopefully i won't be let down again. Won't use again.

It was a great trip from start to finish.... Nice and clean coach, and a very friendly driver. Excellent job... Will defiantly use your service again and recommend you to my friends. UpMass Choir
