Average rental experience

Upon calling to confirm our rental the day prior to pick up we were informed that the car we booked was not available and we given an upgrade. This wouldn’t be bad but we chose our original car based on cargo room and the vehicle we received was smaller and made it difficult to fit our luggage.We took delivery of a car with 3/4 tank of gas but we required to fill the tank. When we set out of the motorway Our hood was not fully patched causing us to pull over and fully close it. Overall the rental experience was average.

I did read a few 1 star reviews before…

I did read a few 1 star reviews before renting, so was nervous about renting. I rented the Maserati Ghibli 14/Dec/2019 and last week 10/01/2020 the Porsche Panarema. No issues whatsoever. Deposit was refunded in full. The first time they let some stuff slide and even gave me a whole extra day for free. Those complaining are upset their deposit was kept after literally crashing and denting the car. Erm, that was the deal, and guess what? You can take out hire excess insurance, so even if that did happen, you would still get your full deposit back...American Express do it automatically. The other complaining about the staff being rude, well they do seem maybe a little stressed from dealing with arrogant rich people all day, but I did not detect anything unprofessional whatsoever. I'll be renting the AMG-GT next.

Can i pay when i arrive . And then he told me , can't . All must be paid now . Or 30 minute i will cancel all . HEY F*KER !!! IM NOT POOR HUMAN IM NOT F*KING STUPID ! YOU KNOW ? Family Holiday Rental

Dream Collection proved the right car for our needs. Upon arrival from flight, shuttle took us to pick up car with a smooth transaction and help with familiarity with car.
