Ordered a Range Rover SVR for the weekend. It was delivered on time. The driver called me to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving. At arrival, he was incredibly courteous and helpful, offering me to take me through the various aspects of the car. The car itself was immaculate. The car was picked up on time. Once again the driver was very courteous and asked how my weekend with the car was. He was also interested in my feedback regarding how Hertz could improve on the service. For now all I can say is I am very impressed and look forward to renting from this team again !!

Fantastic customer service and a great place to rent from. Staff were very polite and able to handle both the pick-up and drop-off in 10 minutes. Bayswater location is easy to get to and they have a wide selection of luxury and performance cars. As my first selection was unavailable, they offered me a brand new and never driven before car as a replacement. Highly recommended and will be back again very soon.

Been using them from LHR for good few years now. By far the best person to deal with is Sumit. Makes things as easy as possible for car rental, even when there are issues arising or last minute changes he is more than willing to help and will go out his way to assist. Vehicle selection is outstanding and would always recommend them to anyone.

The car was waiting for me on arrival at Gatwick with an instant apology for it being a little dirty which was hardly surprising considering the weather. The driver had already done an inspection of the car in London so I could see anything that might have been obscured by dirt etc. On returning the car the service was also excellent. I drove round looking for a Hertz parking bay but couldn't find a free one. A Hertz employee stopped me and said she would park it for me, so I signed the paperwork and headed of for my plane back to the sunshine
