You just charged me £3,000 for damage to the car that I didn’t do. Outrageous behaviour when we handed the car in undamaged and in a chaotic handover process. Will never use your service again.

The car was in good condition and everything went smoothly except that the paperwork was not prepared upon collection of the car. But everything else was okay.

The whole process was quick and simple

No complaints with service. Disappointed there was no possibility of paying premium to reduce excess

The moment I entered the rental facility of Hertz Dream Collection in London Heathrow, I was welcomed warm heartedly by Krzysztof whom addressed me with my name without having to ask. It might be a small detail but it makes you feel "dream collection" instantly. Everything went smooth and fast, also when returning the car. The overall experience was excellent, but only 4 stars out of five because the car had a minor but annoying defect.

Good service. Great car. clean and exactly as advertised. More expansive than a few years ago..... but no complaints. Left an ipad in the car and they were quick to get it back to me. Nice team in the office!

I had a great experience with the 2019 Porsche Cayenne Coupe. This was my 4th rental and I always call Sumit, since I live in San Francisco, to reserve a car and this time he went over and above to ensure that I was afforded unlimited for the Cayenne so that it would suit my needs that I explained to him. Sumit has been excellent each time I have rented a Dream Collection car at Heathrow. The Cayenne Coupe was great and I had no problems at all. It was unfortunate that it was not an "S" (like the last 2 times I rented a Cayenne S) because it did not have memory seats or electronic steering positioning, which was manual to my surprise, and no rear window wiper, that would have been nice since it rained so much and it was hard to see out of the rear slanted window, especially when it was raining at night. I was also surprised that the car could not be programmed so that the passenger side wing mirror could dip down so that one could see the curb therefore avoiding scaping the 21 inch wheels. I had to be extra careful, especially on a car of this value, to ensure there were no mishaps. I think it is an essential option that is standard on most cars but I am aware everything is an extra on a Porsche, especially if it is not and S. Overall though, I really enjoyed the car and it made my 8 day rental very enjoyable. The Cayenne's are my vehicle of choice when I visit England as it is just the right size and fund to drive.

Pick up and drop off went smoothly and quickly. The vehicle itself (a Porsche Macan) was in top shape and handled beautifully. I would highly recommend this service and will plan to use it again.

Great car with professional service. I had booked a Mercedes V class with 8 seats including driver and lots of luggage space. Drive like a SUV, slightly Long at the back, and ride is smooth and not so bumpy!

Experience was great. I would saying returning dream collection cars could be more formalized. I wound up leaving the lot without a receipt or documentation of the return. I had to trust the dream collection team that my car would be mark in for two days until Monday when I was told I would receive a confirmatory email (which I did). The end result was great the process needs some work.
