Very bad experience.
Very bad experience.. I subscribed to the premium trial package, which was supposed to be free(30days free), and I could not find the required indicator. I canceled the subscription after 14 days and did not receive any of the money I paid. I was surprised when the customer service employee said that you should request a refund of your money and that the period had passed.. I lost 57 pounds without achieving anything,It's misleading .

Great Customer service: Had a issue with billing in the middle of the Christmas and New Years. I sent an email and with in a hour Rodrigo with LuxAlgo had shorted the problem out and followed up to make sure the issue was fixed completely. I'm a LuxAlgo customer for LIFE.

I have been using LuxAlgo for the last 4 months and I must say this has one of the best indicators out there, it gives a clear view of the trades I am going to take. Also their support is really good, especially Konrad, that helped me when I had a problem accesing the indicators.

Difficult process to cancel and predatory funding model
They have a professional suite of indicators and are responsive. My only issue is that they have a predatory funding model whereby cancellation is counter-intuitive and difficult. When advised that I could manage my subscription online, I only found buttons that would increase my package, rather than an easy means of cancellation. I had reached out within 15 minutes of my subscription being renewed, only to find their strict policy of no refunds. Logging in to their website to review my subscription also required a multi-step authentication process. It's on this basis that I give them a 1 star - if their product were as good as they advertised, then they wouldn't need to rely on tortuous and circumlocutory means of cancelling subscriptions.
