I recently purchased LuxAlgo software on a trial basis to explore its potential for trading. While the software itself seemed well-designed and packed with features, I ultimately decided to cancel due to my need to understand fundamentals. The customer service experience, particularly with Konrad. He was exceptional—professional, responsive throughout the process. Konrad made what could have been a frustrating cancellation process seamless and stress-free. Although I didn’t continue with LuxAlgo, the excellent customer service gives me confidence in the company’s commitment to its customers. When I am ready I will certainly consider LuxAlgo again based on this positive experience

Support Service Great for Refund

I bought the service package and found that it will give you a lot of indicators, which is great. However, I can trade well with their free indicators for TradingView as well. I cancelled the subscription within 30 day trial. I got full refund back.

I purchased the essentials to try out the indicator. It’s a fantastic and well written indicator however it didn’t suit my personal needs due to my trading strategy as amazing as it is. Requested a refund and absolutely no quarrels and very quick response which has given me absolute confidence to try the overlays in future.

I bought the Ultimate plan because I was interested in the AI ​​Backtesting Assistant. Unfortunately, it didn't provide me with any useful approaches. I think if someone isn't profitable in trading, they won't be profitable with the LuxAlgo indicators alone. If someone still wants to try it, I recommend booking for a maximum of 1 month and using the money-back guarantee if possible. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and paid for a whole year. I explained the situation to support. I won't get the money back because I bought it using an account that has been around for some time. I lost 570 USD. Don't be tempted by discounts for a subscription for a whole year.
