Really disappointed with the service

Really disappointed with the service - Turned up at the event to find that the promise of provided food and drink was not the case. We hugely overpaid for our tickets when chatting with other people in the box we shared. No one from Imperial was there to host either - Won't be using Imperial again.

Great event - well executed. We had an outstanding trip which had been extremely well organised - every little detail had been considered. Gee is an outstanding sales person - thank you for helping make this happen.

Had a three course meal included in the packaged which was done on a very tight budget we ended up spending £80 ourselves which i would have thought the cost of the event would have allowed you to have chips and veg but only allowed one choice or pay an extra £8 each for Broccoli

Thank you Gee Kaur for arranging our trip in your usual efficient and friendly manner. We had a great trip to Paris for Valentines Day, meeting superb people and indulging in lots of champagne and laughter. The show at the Moulin Rouge was superb and our table was next to the stage, giving a brilliant view. Thank you to the Imperial girls in Paris, who were always on hand if you needed them

First Class Experience

The event attended was Cirque de Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall. Brian, is great at finding events that suit me and this was no exception. He is always very helpful. This was an amazing first class experience. The food was excellent and there was a good choice of drinks. Great communication from the ICE team throughout the process.

This was the first time I had dealt…

This was the first time I had dealt with Imperial Corporate Events and not sure whether you were a scam or not. The last minute nature of receipt of tickets, uncertain ticketmaster apps and even issue of confirmation of the flights didn't help to reassure me. The lay out of the Portal is very confusing and not easy to navigate. We only received the tickets for the game 24 hours before we were due to leave. The ticketmaster app had problems and it was all rather last minute - given the amount we had paid for the package, not sure why this was so delayed
