Order Number: 25030 I am yet to receive my order and I have tried to contact you via email twice along with your online help form and still no response? There is no emails in my spam folder either before anyone asks, I have also provided my phone number so there is no excuse not to respond. Awful service.

Bought a matching bow tie and braces for 2 boys, and one set of braces arrived broken. Contacted Dickiebow a couple of times and had no response - explained it was for an upcoming wedding. Will now only be able to use the bow ties. Very disappointing - they were quick to respond to a question i had before selling the items to me!
