Updated review due to response from Dickie Bow. I had not received my delivery and they state they have been replying to my email but I've not received them, spam/junk folders checked. They have issued a full refund. I'm very grateful thank you. I will order again.

Excellent customer service, delivery absolutely spot on! Ordered goods 10 am and was delivered by Royal Mail the very next day.

Was looking for something quite specific and saw dickiebow.co.uk, ordered a bow tie and pocket square which arrived super fast and the quality is awesome! Really looking forward to wearing at an upcoming wedding! Highly recommend and dickiebow will be my go to place in the future.

Recently purchased a tie and pocket square set for a wedding, nothing received in the expected delivery dates or days after. Trying to navigate the page for a refund and it only refreshes the page so very difficult to ask for a refund either.

After being let down buy where I originally purchased a Tie & Pocket Square for my sisters wedding 3 days before, in a mad panic to find another to match my dress I came across what looked like a perfect match on Dickie Bow - ordered it with Next Day Delivery and explained what had happened and I was so amazed and grateful to find them go above and beyond to ensure I got my order in time for the big day and sure enough it came as a perfect match as listed online and amazing quality!! Wish I had of found Dickie Bow sooner and originally ordered from them - I know I will be next time! Thank you again :)

I bought the Olivia ties and bow tie for our upcoming 2022 wedding. Wanting something that wasn't silky and had a floral pattern was proving tricky but the Olivia is absolutely perfect. The order was put in one afternoon and I had the delivery the following morning. The quality is beautiful. I'm so very happy with this purchase!
