Great customer service and due diligence. Damian K checked several times with me to make sure the part was what I needed as purchasing in Canada. Order arrived well packed and in good time. Would recommend the BBQ store and 5 stars for a great experience. As it turned out the connector is specific to Australia and does not fit in Canada but as I had a registered gas installer install the unit many parts could be used and its up and running well today. Well done Damian and team. It came with a bayonet connector specific to Australia but was still useful and you were correct on compatibility. Im still a happy customer thank you. Regards Trevor

I purchased a natural gas cooker on…

I purchased a natural gas cooker on your website and I was prompted to buy a hose because the cooker will not have one. When I received the cooker and the hose, well the hose was the wrong one but again it was the one your website suggested to buy. I called your customer support and reported the issue. I received an email telling me that I have to return the wrong hose and I have to pay for postage, I have to pack it very carefully not to damage it and if you guys will be satisfied that the hose is not damaged you will send me a new invoice with the difference between the wrong hose and the new hose and I have to pay the postage for the new hose. After I will pay all that you will send me a new hose. Well, it was very humiliating to be treated that way, I had purchased a cooker and paid for it and I expected some trust betwwen you as a company and your customer, I was wrong you treated me like dirt. I will not recommend you to anybody, not even in third world counries customers are treated the way you treated me!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, Canadian customers be very aware. I searched a Napoleon product and they served me an ad for a conversion kit. They knowingly shipped the part to me in Canada and now say it’s not compatible and it’s my fault for not asking them. They directed me to Napoleon Canada and I find out there isn’t a authorized kit for LEX models and now my warranty is void. They refuse to let our Certified Gas Fitter talk to them and they also don’t supply instructions…..Terrible service so beware.

Damien was very helpful

Damien was very helpful, I had lots of questions about an under bench beverage fridge. I purchased two from him for delivery. Very pleasant, very efficient. I cant wait to get my fridges now.
