I have been kept up to date that the delivery of the replacement parts will be delayed by a week, because the items I ordered was out of stock. I got all the items the following week and my BBQ is like new again now.

Having placed order I received an email to say that items were out of stock but would be available with 2 weeks. The company responded promptly to my emails and the items were delivered within the agreed timescale.
