The bbq store staff contacted me after I ordered to confirm I was ok waiting a few weeks while the out of stock bbq had been sourced. I was happy they gave me the option to cancel if I wasn't happy about waiting. I did end up getting the bbq in 2 weeks, delivered to FNQ. Well done ! What great customer service, thankyou!

Great Product, just love the Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Reverse Flow Offset smoker I bought. My pork ribs turned out finger licking good:)

I still haven't received my order a while ago now and have emailed them and still haven't gotten anything!! No help at all!

The fact that we could purchase on line and delivered to the door was great. Had tried buying from a store in Wagga and was told the plate was unavailable. Used over Christmas with great success.
