My son has been going to rugby tots for a few years in Hampshire and absolutely loves it. He hates the holidays when it is shut. The instructors are incredible and the children have so much fun. Would recommend it to anyone

Incredible my son has been going for 3 years and loves his coaches!

We signed up with Rugby Tots of Northamptonshire for a Sunday morning session with our two year old. From the first week, it was a shambles. The two young women who took the class could not be dynamic if they tried and this is definitely not the profession for them. You need to be hands on with the children, be on their level, give high fives, get to know their names etc. If it wasn’t for the parent participation this would just be a complete nightmare. So much so, we contacted the franchisee who was quite dismissive of our concerns (which we know were communicated to her through other parents) but did say she would attend a group to see it for herself. She never did. In the end we, along with two others (that we know of) quit the group and got a refund! We have since signed up with Little Saints at Northampton Saints and the quality compared to RugbyTots is like night and day! The group leader says hello to all of the kids as they walk in, hands them a rugby ball, and gets involved in the activities throughout the group.

The only reason for the 3 stars is that we can't judge the sessions themselves since we didn't get to try. We booked and paid for sessions with the Reading branch. I checked the location twice with the franchisee because of conflicting information on the site. Despite being confirmed the location each times, they still changed it to other side of town at the last minute because of a lack of coaches. Since we couldn't make the new location, I have asked for a refund 4 times and I am being ignored (I have used the same email address and phone number previously and got a response, and one of my WhatsApp message was left on read, so at least now I'm sure it's on purpose). I also keep receiving the notifications for the group, and in 2 months the sessions were cancelled 3 times at short notice, our 10am group was asked to come at 8:45 instead twice, and they moved the location an hour walk away...

My son loved Rugby Tots at Huddersfield with Alistair. He learned rugby specific terminology he didn’t know which helped with instruction, Alistair spent 121 time with him getting his technique right and the incorporation of the counting and colours and sensory fun made me happy! Thank you so much.

Took a trial session in Huddersfield .a pity 30 min session for kids. In a very small space in a local gym. Coach was least interested . Was busy getting the room set up for the next exercises and got the parents to get the kids to engage in activities rather than being a coach and instructing and coordinating the kids. Soo useless and waste of time. Also Patrick the coach was racist

Took my grandson along for a trial session in Craiglockhart Edinburgh. Sadly distinctly underwhelming experience. No welcome at all by staff and a "Dynamic" coach who looked as it it was the last place he wanted to be. They seem intent on getting you to fork out £7.50 a week for just 30 mins and for a Rugby Tots kit. It just looked very tired and dated Will not be going back
