Raynes Park is great. I guess with different franchisees, people will have different experiences, but my experience of Raj (Raynes Park director) and team has been top-notch. Well-organised, fair, and very well-run classes that my child really enjoys.

Rugbytots has been an amazing program for all three of my children. I loved watching my son's first class (which was over 10 years ago now) so much that I decided to buy a franchise here in Cape Town. My daughter was given a job.. had zero training zero support on her 1st day so had no idea on how things were done. She does however have her level 1 rfl badge and coaches u8 rugby league and plays her self also studies sport at college. So has a good knowledge of the sport so improvised......Was lied to about why kit needed to be picked up and then once kit collect told she was not what they wanted... She explained to parents it was her 1st day and to bare with her she had possitive feed back from the parents on the day... i feel thi is disgusting to treat young people this way and to use them like this... appalling carry on...

Boring and has put our son off rugby. Coach had a clear favourite who won “player of the match” every other week. Our now 5 yo didnt get it once in 2 years.

We booked and paid for our daughter a welcome pack and a place at Rugbytots to be held in East Molesey beginning in September 2022. A few days before the classes were due to start, we received an email cancelling the classes due to the 'franchisee not being up to standard'. In the email we were promised a refund, plus a free terms classes. Neither of these were forthcoming. We have had to repeatedly chase for a refund of the course, which we eventually got, but are still waiting for the refund of the 'welcome pack' (a cheap nylon uniform for £30) which we posted back at our own expense before Christmas. Avoid this company like the plague.

Each week we have a great experience at rugby tots Tonbridge. Coaches Rich, Faith and Padon run a varied class, it’s one of the few things that holds our 4 year olds attention. Her skills in hand/foot-eye coordination and listening are developing well here. We highly recommend Rugby Tots.

The experience was fine when the classes happened however they were frequently cancelled last minute, the coach didn’t turn up and people turned up for nothing. When this happened people got disillusioned and stopped attending so some get cancelled as one a couple of students. It’s a common occurrence as a friend in a different location has the same experience and cancelled their subcription as have we.

Lack of communication seems to be a major issue as we find more than often classes are cancelled with as little as 1 hours notice and only last week I arrived at class with my toddler and new born to find no one had shown up at all, no call or email and to date we still haven’t received any apology or reason as to why the class didn’t go ahead. this was at the twickenham class so it seems to be badly run across a few different areas, a shame as when the classes run our son does enjoy them but the level of uncertainty just isn’t feasible with small children, after 2 terms of being let down we will be looking for something else.

So far two classes have been cancelled with zero notice. At last weeks class the coach just didn’t show up! And when we emailed & called him to ask where he was - there was no response. In fact 2 weeks later we still have no response even though we have followed up 3 times since to request a refund. Please avoid the Kingston branch at all costs.

They often cancel with no notice. Today was a classic example. They apparently sent an email at 7.44am today for a class at 9am but only to one parent so I go there am no class, said we could attend Kingston, so I got In the car with a very upset 2 ur old and that was cancelled too! Great start to the day - this happens far too often and much later than 7.44am. Coach is sick, no one opened the hall door, get another coach in, play outside!!! Won’t be signing up again - filled with too much disappointment
