Sent wrong item sent inside camera ordered solar 360 @ $199 is what I ordered

Easy to set up.

I ordered a camera , but mis-read or maybe misunderstood that it was not Solar powered. I was to use it at a remote location w/o any power. The company refunded my money to my credit card and let me ship the item back; hassle free. There was no back and forth, just a quick email with an RMA # and instructions on how /where to ship it. I may need that kind of camera for another installation and they offered me some additional perks if I decided to reorder. Good company to do business with.

I was very pleased on how easy it was to navigate the website and decide which camera I needed for my home..The website was very thorough about each camera specs which made is easy to decide which camera would do the job!!

Sent the cameras back after 5 calls to support for the same issue and they could not fix the issue.

Had issue with start up but customer service handled it!

Camera was received WITHOUT the 128gb SD card I paid for! Brandon has shipped me the SD card and provided a USPS tracking # so NOW my review is being updated with FIVE stars! :) Glen Rushing

These cameras are far superior to what I was expecting. By far the best security cameras for the money. Great company.

I received two broken cameras, not really impressed right now. Doorbell works great, hence two stars.
