Like to record on the cameras all I get is pictures it might be 200 pictures but I don't see a thing I like you have a alram to go off on my phone I have to pull up the cameras to see no alarm on my phone why not we going to have a talk about these cameras thank

I had been trying, unsuccessfully, to set up the 3 cameras I purchased and was ready to return them. I called Support and Danny Matt assisted me in setting up all 3 cameras. He was very helpful instructing me in every step. The most impressive part was he called me back after several hours to check on my progress. I was having some more questions but was hoping I could figure it out. He helped me again with my issue. This level of customer service is very rare. More companies could take lessons from Danny. Danny Matt from tech support was very, very helpful in helping me get up and running after i deleted camera from my app and couldn't get it going. I had no problem in the original install, it was my fault for changing settings that i did not understand. CRORZAR is the best, cameras are good quality, picture is clear, video recordings are crisp and clear, night vision good. this is my second camera, an outdoor 360, my first was outdoor battery camera, it impressed me so much for such a low price that is why i upgraded for my second camera, next is going to be an outdoor solar. great company, great people, great tech support

I've had a couple of issues with my camera's. I sent an email to their customer service. Danny Matt called me back each time. He was very helpful and we were able to resolve my issues. Most were user errors! We did discover one of my 360 Solar camera's was defective. They are going to replace it. I have never had such extraordinary customer service! Danny was best!
