I chose the cheaper “faux” wood blinds. Easy to order, easy to fit and look every bit like a more expensive brand. I don’t generally leave reviews - but credit where credit is due!

This was my third order. The blinds are well made and good value and they also offer a wide choice . I would have given 5 stars but the estimated delivery timescale was way off. My latest order took four weeks to arrive which is fine if that’s what’s expected when you place your order.

Had to make contact with English Blinds regarding delivery delay, ordered 2 blinds and on one of them 5 of the slats at the bottom are warped

Ordered some blinds, but forgot to state exact measurements, called up to explain my mistake, phone was answered promptly and everything was rectified in one call. Delivery arrived as promised.

Excellent product, well manufactured and fit perfectly. Easy to fit with a marker, drill and a bit of patience. Delivery was good and came on an agreed date. Would definitely recommend and use again if ever I need anymore blinds.

Brilliant qualiry, look amazing but best of all the price really affirdable, would highly recommend this company as delivery was quick, will be buying 3 more to finish the house

Thank you English Blinds! I am really pleased with my two kitchen blinds. After an initial setback with the fabric I wanted not being available in such a wide width for the back doors, I received alternative fabric samples and chose a new one. I now have attractive duck egg roller blinds, making my kitchen feel more homely. I was unsure how good the quality would be as the price is so reasonable. I needn't have worried though as the blinds are well made, plus they were packaged and delivered well.

Do NOT order from here! The customer service is terrible and the staff are RUDE! After receiving my order, I discovered there was an issue with sizing and how much tolerance had been cut off from the length I ordered. I spoke to a man named MATT, who kept interrupting me and wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to tell him. I told him his tone was rude and he put the phone down on me. Absolutely horrific customer service!!!!!!!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!!
