I chose this company after searching online because of the great reviews they have been given. Their products looked to be of good quality with plenty of colours available and made to order. I was informed when order was received and dispatched in the time they stated. The blinds are of excellent quality, very well made. They were well packaged when received with instructions inside. I would definitely buy from English Blinds again.

We ordered a roller blind and a Roman blind and we are very pleased with both. The fabric is beautiful, the materials used are of good quality and the craftsmanship is excellent. The whole process is smooth and easy. We were sent a free sample which helped us choose the right material for us, the measuring and installation instructions were easy to follow and the blinds fitted perfectly. The timeframe for production and delivery is very reasonable and we were kept up to date with the progress of the order. It’s the first time we’ve ordered blinds online but the whole experience and the quality of the products gave us the confidence to use English Blinds again in the future and we 100% recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service, quality and price fron English Blinds. First time ordering from this company, and the reason we did, is that we needed to order faux wood blinds for a very large window which other companies didn't do. Unfortunately one pair of blinds were damaged in transit by the courier, but English Blinds customer service team were fantastic. After sending them a video of the damaged mechanism, a new pair were made and delivered within a week. I absolutely recommend this company - 10/10!

Have had a Roman blind for just under two years, the control unit stripped meaning the blind couldn't be raised or lowered using the chain. I contacted English Blinds who immediately sent me a new unit free of charge. Very impressed with the super fast service provided and the fact that they didn't charge me. Encourages me to purchase additional blinds knowing I#ll be looked after if any problems arise.

We ordered three roller blinds via their website and it was so easy to do. It took about 8 days for delivery and they let us know by email at what stage our order was at. Very pleased with the quality fit and service from English Blinds would definitely recommend them.

Exactly what I needed as I’ve just had a shower installed next to a window. Searched for waterproof blinds and English blinds came up with reasonable priced one. The sample came within a couple of days and I decided that it was a perfect colour. The only reason I didn’t give 4 stars was because they said blind would arrive in 4-6 working days and it was over 2 weeks.

The blinds were simple to fit and a good quality. A good choice of design and easy enough to order on line. Not generally a fan of ordering on line so called the company to order that way but was then urged to do it on line in order to get the discount. Despatch time was slow and not in line with the timescale stated on the website but luckily we were not in a hurry.

Good service with samples sent out first, my order took longer than expected but a call to customer service speaking to an actual person where the delay was explained & my order followed shortly after. The blind was good value & delivery was good so I will be ordering more blinds from this company
