Came in 10 business days, would hoping it would come sooner, as they estimate 5-10 but not unhappy with the time I had to wait. I ordered samples from a few different companies and the colour I ended up choosing was a blind material also used at Wilsons Blinds. English Blinds offered it cheaper, and I got to take advantage of a promo code as well. Saved so much money compared to the other site. I'd also like to point out that the blinds were finished nicer than the blinds I brought from wilsons previously. They came with caps to go over the brackets which I thought was nice and the pole weighting the bottom of the blind is also capped off, unlike the Wilsons ones. I got blackout blinds which work very well. Overall very pleased with the quality and colour of them. Im a student living at home, and bought these for my own room. My mum is now thinking about getting blinds for some of the other windows in the house.

Couldnt help enough!

I had an odd sized window and wasn't sure I could have done what I wanted... I searched the site which was great to use, found a fabric I wanted and just to make sure I gave them a call to make sure it would fit ok. felt totally confident ordering and was over the moon when it arrived! we need more small family run businesses in the UK they need our support! fantastic service and will definitely be back thanks :)

Excellent service and product

The customer service was excellent. I purchased a third blind from them recently after redecorating the extension and the quality was of a very high standard. The colour is perfect, I couldn’t be happier!

Very pleased with the blinds

This is the second time I have ordered from English Blinds and again i’m very happy with both the service and products. This time I ordered some blinds for the spare room. The quality was again really good and they were delivered on time. They look lovely and really do finish off the room!

It's all a laugh to them

This company told me by email on the day that the blind was due to arrive that they couldn't do it. Naturally I called them to complain. They have one shared phone line, call them and you get a message saying the caller knows you are waiting.......... Eventually when I did get through the woman was dismissive even laughing at me at one point and never a word of apology. My experience was very poor I can't speak for the product it didn't get that far but if the way they treat customers is anything to go by I'd say in hindsight I got a narrow escape.

poor service

Placed order 17th May and was notified would be delivered before 29th May - Did not arrive. Emailed English Blinds 1st June and received a reply day later to say blind had been despatched and would be with me on Thursday 4th June, took time off work to accept delivery - Did not arrive. Emailed them again that night but by 11.20 the next day had received no response to my email and no delivery of blind. After several attempts to telephone them I got through and was told that my blind had been despatched today and would be delivered Monday 8th June. No apology and no explanaition to the wrong information given to me in previous email from them and absolutely NO concept of inconvenience caused. I would not recommended them if you want an honest and reliable service. Now awaiting delivery but scepticle if it has actualy been dispatched yet.

A MIXED BAG

I am difficult to please but am glad to say I was very happy with the quality of the blinds. However.........I had two failed deliveries. The company seem to have no concept of the inconvenience that creates. No recompense was offered. I would order from them again as the quality of the blinds was so good, but next time I will ask them to deliver to my office so that no one is wasting time waiting in for a delivery.
