We enquired about a 2.2m electric…

We enquired about a 2.2m electric blind. The first response was helpful, and asked us to choose a fabric. We responded and the quotation came back from "English blinds" not the person that was dealing with it previously. They quoted £554 for the electric blind with no details or price breakdown whatsoever. I emailed them back asking them to break down the price and we have not received any reply from them. If they cannot even communicate then we have no interest in placing an order with them. There are better cheaper options out there.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCORRECT BLIND RECEIVED

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very late despatch, I still have not received my order. I will update the review regarding the quality of the blind once I receive it. I had to write this now as I cannot believe how terrible the customer service is when querying the status, which had not changed on the tracking information for 8 days. The member of staff I spoke to was very rude, he tried to blame me for his attitude and then he hung up on me. When I eventually receive my blind, I hope I am happier with it than I am the customer service. UPDATE: The blind arrived in the wrong colour. When informing the seller, I asked for a refund rather than a replacement, due to the overall experience. I was informed that I had to take a replacement, even though the replacement was obviously not yet in production. They refused to issue a refund, I really just wanted to draw a line under the whole experience. I have checked my rights in this instance and even though it is a made to measure item, as they supplied an incorrect blind, I had the right to reject the incorrect blind and request a refund. This is noted on the GOV.UK site. The seller refused this request. I must also add that the quality of the incorrect blind is not good, it arrived with dirty marks and rough edges, I am yet to see the quality of the replacement.

Good experience, ordered sample which came promptly free of charge. Then ordered 2 roller blinds, good communication and great quality blinds, reasonably priced, would use again

Very happy with the quality of the blind

Blinds arrived within 10 business days. Good website with clear instructions on how to measure the size of your window Well made and perfect fit for the recess in my bathroom window. Only fitted recently, but appear fully waterproof, easy to wipe clean. Very happy with the product, would use again

Good price for a very wide Venetian blind

It was good to find a company that made the blinds to order at a good price . I needed a Venetian blackout blind for a bedroom and the window was very wide.
