Despite an early faux pas, which was not an issue to me, the blind arrived in a reasonable time, well packaged and fitted perfectly. I bought the easy fit roller as it was for a recess and saved a lot of frustration trying to fit it. The ordering process was very easy, as was the payment system. Customer service was a treat to contact and Gemma sorted my minor issue extremely quickly and efficiently. The blind is perfect for the kitchen.

I ordered a blind but mistakenly sent wrong measurements.When it arrived and I realised.I got in touch with English blinds and told them .They kindly gave me a reduction in price on ordering the correct size .I was very pleased with this considering it had been my mistake.so I await my new blind which shouldn't be long .
