Items missing and nobody to contact, no communication

I'm sympathetic because of the current situation with Coronavirus but half of my order is missing and I cannot get any information as to when the rest will arrive. Nobody answering the line or responding to emails so I'm very unsatisfied.

Excellent Product and service

We have used English Blinds several times and each time have been impressed with both the quality of the product and the timeliness of the delivery. This is especially the case on this occasion when we received the blinds on time despite the upheaval across the country as a result of the coronavirus. I highly recommend both the product and the service. Thank you!

bracket design needs re thinking

The child safety lock broke when trying to fit. The brackets could be covered, panhead screws not counter sunk screws should be supplied for better fitting.

Easy fit blind

Very easy to fit ,although our blind had been made the wrong way round it was an easy fix so not a major problem ,good quality material ,would certainly use them again

I received the item on Monday and…

I received the item on Monday and within 30 minutes of receiving it I opened it to see it’s damaged and I’ve got in touch immediately with the company via Facebook and email and have not received any kind of response as of yet. Its a shame because it’s a nice product and I went off the posted reviews on this site but the lack of communication has been a huge let down. I was going to order blinds for the rest of the house but I think I’ll look elsewhere Update - contacted today by English blinds and very pleased with the outcome. Although the blind was damaged upon reciept English blinds have gone above and beyond to rectify the issue. Will reuse for future orders. Many thanks

Blinds came too short.Imediately Mathew went on the defensive stating that I had measured incorrectly I had not..I have a good joiner who rectified the problem and blinds look good now. Bad customer service would definitely not order again ..
