Blind despatched as promised. Unfortunately, they used Parcelforce to deliver & the notified delivery date was not met. Contacted English Blinds when it was obvious there was a problem, not helped, because no tracking reference was provided. They seemed singularly disinterested & haven’t To date followed up, when I provided evidence of the poor performance of their chosen carrier. Meantime on complaining to Parcelforce I was informed that the tracking number was wrong, Yet the number allowed me to track the parcel to my Local depot. When the parcel was actually delivered by Royal Mail (their local partner) the tracker told me it was Not yet out for delivery. I just hope the blind performs better than the carrier chosen to deliver it.

Ordered two blackout blinds 91.5 inches wide x 59 inches drop. The steel roller is excellent and well up to the job for such a large blinds. Good quality fabric and controls. The sprung plunger on the end makes fitting easy. Excellent all round service.

Just had all the house fitted with thermal blackout blinds very easy to fit looks great, the plus side is they do what they are meant to do that's kept cold out and help me sleep better without street light coming into the bedooms.

Ordered a large blind that was not available off the shelf anywhere, due to its size, and at a very reasonable price too Arrived after seven days from time of ordering Quality is superb. We are so impressed. It goes above & beyond our expectations. Make sure you measure correctly as these blinds are made exactly to your measurements. So measure twice!!! Easy to install. What more can i say. Very happy :)
