I honestly don't know what I would have done if Patch Homes didn't come to the rescue. They helped me out after a very expensive and stressful divorce. Great experience with Patch. I researched all top "home equity investment" partners, and Patch rose to the top. Best overall deal for my particular situation, but its the fantastic customer service that really sets them apart. I highly recommend Patch.

My husband and I experienced a very challenging time ... over a course of 3 yrs our 4 businesses imploded and the bank began foreclosure proceedings on our home of 18 years.
