Alex is simply the best, not to say other CS providers aren't good. Alex, in my opinion, has the most experience skills as well as other skills (people skills, patience, problem-solving, communication, adaptable etc.) needed for the job. Overall, I'm very pleased with SimplyBook.me. Good job guys!

Do NOT use the free version!

If you use the free version, you have to renew it each month and they give you a very short window to do so. They send an email to remind you, but you can't renew it on the day of the email. That's too early. You have to do it at the end of the month. Then, if you leave it a little bit too late your account will be blocked and then removed completely. I was moving house at the time. I contacted them today (7th of Feb) one week into the new month, and my account has been blocked and removed. I've lost all the data I need for invoicing. Ridiculous. If you don't want people to use the free version, don't offer one!

Hands down the best booking system for me

I looked at sooooo many different systems and SimplyBook was hands down the best one for me. It's very intuitive and therefore super easy to use. They don't overcomplicate things unnecessarily. You can have as much or as little functionality as you need (for a price of course). It's easy to set up services, as well as packages and membership/subscriptions, which many other systems seem to fail at. I like the 'client-facing' front end that you can create via Simplybook - it's simple, clean and easy to use, as well as very customisable. There is a lot of additional functionality in there via custom features. My one gripe is that some 'custom features' e.g. calendar synch I consider to be very core functionality for a booking system and not really a custom feature. That said, the basic subscription does include 3 custom features. I found that realistically I will need approximately 10-12 custom features. Additionally, I've found customer service to be very responsive. Extra kudos to Newt for helping me out with a very effective and creative solution to my problem. Thanks Newt! I would give it 5 stars, but I'm deducting one star for the pricing structure. My volume of bookings and everything else would keep me in the 'standard' package, but just due to custom features I need 'premium', which costs more than twice the amount. I need only a few more custom features, so I think there is something they could do here. They have other 'additional items' so perhaps they could have packages of additional custom features. As the jump from 8 to 'unlimited' is huge and I imagine unnecessary for many of us. Maybe 5 extra features, for an extra £5 per month?

Mi piace, ma non é semplice ed intuitiva l’impostazione delle varie opzionk

Mi piace simplybook e l’infinita scelta di opzioni che ti da. Nonostante ciò trovo che siamo un po’ complesso da impostare e la chat per quanto sia molto efficiente e i ragazzi tutti estremamente cordiali, a volte non é sufficiente a risolvere i problemi.

Great booking page with small issues

A great booking page with little problems. First of all there's nearly no scenario you can't create with this tool. At some points it's very complicated and not really intuitive. The prices are way too high, there are several other companys doing nearly the same at lower prices.

I had tried a few different booking…

I had tried a few different booking sites and this one was by far the best of them. It is user friendly with helpful videos which is great for someone like me who is not that tech savvy. It is easy for my clients to use also. The features they offer are plentiful and all of useful value. I feel the price is fair compared to competitors. I just did a year subscription with them. they offer a 2 week trial to feel them out and I was instantly convinced this was the one to use for my business.
