Loving this booking site so far. Used to use a very popular, much more expensive booking site. I was nervous to switch but now I wish I had switched a few years ago. This is more user friendly and a much better value!

I will say this right now and it's meant to speak to those that, like me, have a love/hate relationship with online reviews. For me, I have a hard time believing in the ratings and feedback that I see. Are they genuine? Are they from "real" people? And if they are "real", is there really any guarantee that their opinions and experiences, needs and wants even going to reflect or align with mine. So with that in mind, I am a real person and this is a real review and for what I needed, SimplyBook.me was, and is, exactly what I needed for my business. I looked at other sites that offered similar functions and yet for me, the pricing and functionality of the site, coupled with the responsiveness of the customer care team is what won me over. I can't speak for how well this company and site might work for enterprise needs but, if you're like me and have a small(ish) team and need a booking site that is functional, adaptable, flexible and responsive, then I would say that you give this a try. I have not been with SimplyBook long, only 2 weeks but I am very impressed so far! I have managed to get a simple system up and running quickly as the package is very intuitive to use. There are lots of how to guides on the You Tube channel which I will be using to develop our site as I get to know the package better. E-mails are answered very quickly, very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend SimplyBook.

The web UI and phone app is great and easy to use. The cloud server is very responsive even for overseas.. I do have some questions during installation and their supports is helpful thru chats session and emails on weekends but the do respond and very knowledgeable. I customized it to work for my salon with different technicians with difference sizes skill set. I tried several different company apps and they not do all the functionality and rule sets my business need. But this cloud app cover 90% of my needs. The other 90% customization the supports told me they will pass it to future enhancements. I like they have integration to Google and Facebook. It would be better if they have integration with Yelp search. It will be great if they have subscription that include texting.

I searched all over the internet for a good appointment wigets and website, SimplyBook.me was the most fair with price and supper easy to set up, great features too! So far so good! I'm a happy customer! Thanks Simply Book.me!
