Terrible booking system for many reasons 1. Tracking is not working as it should 2. You are not able to style emails to your clients, if you have multiple services and providers 3. You have non refundable payments, regardless of what they offer and cannot solve 4. It is very expensive compared to others a lot better working suppliers of booking systems. 5. Loading of widget is too slow 6. And I could continue Will for sure not recommend anyone to use SimplyBook.me

Great software for a barbershop, easy scheduling, customer management, and marketing. Free and Basic plan are great for simple services. However, if you have a regular business you would need a higher plan and the cost suddenly multiplies if you need more than 8 of their many great features. There should be another plan for small businesses that want to use these great features. Also, the customer service should be available on weekends as well.

My wife and I run a small business offering fitness classes. Wanting to expand and move on from text and Wattsapp bookings we decided to link a booking system to our website. Not being computer literate, we had to ask our web designer to install it and link it up to our site and calendars but once this was completed, I created the appointemnts myself.
